Bayard Rustin — "Architect of the March" Hoodie
Description
Bayard Rustin organized the March on Washington. He built the logistics, the coalitions, the moment. He was the one who made it possible for 250,000 people to stand together in 1963 and hear those words. Then his own movement pushed him to the margins because he was gay, and for decades his name was kept out of the story he wrote. "Architect of the March" is a reclamation. This hoodie is for those who did the work and were written out of the credit. And for everyone who knows their name anyway. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously in 2013. The record is being corrected.
Unisex relaxed fit, true to size, S–2XL. 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester. Note: the hoodie runs S–2XL; the tee is available up to 5XL. See the size chart for measurements.
